Here's a list of a quick work out for those who don't have time to show up at the gym. It works out your lower body effectively and it doesn't take much of your time. I had to make this list because snowboarding season is just around the corner and I need to get myself into shape. Hope it helps you to regain some confidence on your lower body~

  1. Warming up - start with aerobic exercises such as jumping jacks, cycling etc..
  2. Dumbbell Squat - 2 sets of 10 reps
  3. Lunges (with dumbbells) - 10 reps on each leg
  4. Single-leg Calf Raise - 2 sets of 10 reps on each leg
  5. Stretches

Have fun building a firmer body~ I will come out with an upper body list soon.
